05
Bets & Pricing
Rob Waterhouse offers fixed-odds wagering on sports and racing markets. Prices are set at the time your wager is placed and confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse, limit or cancel any wager at our sole discretion, including where we reasonably suspect an error in the pricing or the event information.
Minimum and maximum wager amounts apply and may vary by market. Rob Waterhouse may impose individual wagering limits on any customer account.
Once a wager has been confirmed and the event has commenced, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless expressly permitted by a specific product feature.
06
Settlement
All wagers are settled in accordance with the official results as determined by the relevant governing body. Rob Waterhouse will use reasonable endeavours to settle wagers promptly following the conclusion of an event.
6A — Void Bets
A wager may be voided in the following circumstances: where an event is abandoned, cancelled or postponed beyond the scheduled date; where a participant is withdrawn before the event commences (subject to deduction rules); where a pricing or technical error has occurred; or where we reasonably suspect the wager is connected to fraudulent or manipulative conduct.
6B — Multis
Multi (accumulator) wagers combine two or more selections into a single bet. All selections must win for the multi to be successful. If one or more legs of a multi are voided, the multi will be recalculated at the reduced number of legs. Dead-heat rules apply to individual legs as described in the relevant market rules.
6C — Maximum Payout
Maximum payout limits apply to all wagers and vary by sport, market type and event. The applicable maximum payout is displayed at the time the wager is placed. Where a wager would exceed the maximum payout, Rob Waterhouse reserves the right to limit the stake or the return to the applicable maximum.
07
Responsible Gambling
Rob Waterhouse is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide a range of tools to help you manage your wagering activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, wager limits, session time reminders, reality checks and voluntary self-exclusion. You may also register with BetStop — Australia's National Self-Exclusion Register — to exclude yourself from all Australian online wagering providers.
7A — Anti-Money Laundering
Rob Waterhouse complies with the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (Cth) and associated rules. We are required to verify the identity of all customers, monitor transactions for suspicious activity and report suspicious matters to AUSTRAC. We may freeze or close accounts and withhold funds where we reasonably suspect that activity on an account is connected to money laundering, terrorism financing or other unlawful conduct.
08
